Llantera el gallo

Every time I come here, I get used tires, so I am not expecting them to be great but I expect them to be better than what I currently have, they have yet to disappoint me. Normally I get a really good tire for the fact that it’s used, and a great deal on it too. My respect goes out to all the employees here because you are all kind and are doing a wonderful job and service especially in this economy. Don’t let those other reviews fool any of you it appears to just be slander because the people get bit in the but for buying $50 tires and expecting them to be new.

This is Robert. Somebody posted some misinformation about El Gallo on Highway 49 concerning a car that some guy took from that parking lot and that situation I can tell you for a fact because I was there Mr. Ralph did nothing but try to help if it wasn’t for Mr. Ralph. They would’ve never got that car back. Mr. Ralph had nothing to do with it. Some other man that was doing little side jobs around there had nothing to do with Mr. Ralph shot wasn’t even hired by Mr. Ralph Did this on his own this man that took the car was not associated with any of those shops right there by or next to El Gallo in anyway anybody can tell a story and make it sound true until the other side is told to set the record straight El Gallo and Mr. Ralph is a wonderful place to go if you ever need help with your tires on your car like a lot of us do as long as I’ve known Mr. Ralph he’s been nothing but an upstanding man and helps everybody that comes along across his path everybody please stop the misinformation take down any post that are not supporting Mr. Ralph and El Gallo like I do this is Robert and I was the one that picked up that car today because Mr. Ralph helped us to get it back even when it had n

On 2/21/2025 I was needing spare tire replaced. When I pulled in I asked for an estimate to replaced the tire. Before quoting me a price, they had removed it from the under carraige and were proceeding to pop it off of the rim. I stopped the old man and told him I haven't even heard a price yet. He told me about $70. I said OK, and after he had the tire back on the rim, he popped a balance tab on the wheel and started to roll it back to my truck. I stopped him and said "Aren't you going to balance the tire?" He said that would cost me $20 more. That's when I demanded to speak with the owner. The owner was not on site, and when I called the number given to me it was no good. It was the same number on the business card that I was given. I grabbed a young man that barely spoke english and told him he better get the owner on the phone. After a few dials he spoke with someone in spanish and hung up the phone and told me $80 for everything. I watched as they rebalanced the tire and put it back on my truck. I am a 63 yr old white woman. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. Do NOT do business with this place. I now have to take this tire to Goodyear to make sure I am not riding on

Had tires put on the front and rear of my BMW ..car drove fine before I had the tires changed . Now I'm without a car because one of the tires gave out and caused a car accident not even 3 days afterwards. Charged me $300 for the tires and Didn't balance the tires and also it took 2 hours for the guy to change the tires . Also one of the rear tires was put on backwards .
